Our photographers will arrive and get all equipment including the instant onsite printers set up prior to your guests arrival, for black tie balls etc our photographers can set up a small studio and take shots of guests as they arrive as well as taking candid shots of guests as they enjoy the function, we will be on hand for the duration of your function so that guests can have photographs taken when they wish and printed instantly with our onsite printers. For sporting/corporate events our photographers will work with you in order to come up with a package that suits your requirements.

The event photographer will take photographs of your guests etc, the photographs are sent wirelessly to our onsite print stations and are printed out ready for your guests to purchase if they wish, all prints are waterproof and light fast and are mounted in a high quality mount, there is no obligation to buy prints. For corporate/sporting events a package can be worked out so that your guests receive a print with their ticket/entry price or similar.

We will discuss your needs and establish what suits you and the venue best. We can provide a full studio setup consisting of studio lights and backdrops. Individuals or small groups can then have their portrait pictures taken. The images are then shown on a large computer screen to select from. Pictures are printed while you wait.

You may chose not to have the studio lights setup due to the restrictions of space or time.

We can also walk among your guests taking a selection of posed and informal shots which can be displayed on screen and printed while they wait.

All Prints are 9×6 inches and come in a strut display mount and a protective envelope to protect your picture. All images can also be displayed on our web site HERE so that guests can then order in a choice of sizes. We use the latest digital equipment along with a high speed dye sublimation printer to ensure the best quality in the quickest time. Our team of photographers will capture all aspects of your event to your requirements.
