Recently, our lens had the distinct pleasure of documenting a momentous occasion within these hallowed halls - a 70th Birthday celebration that brought together cherished family members for an evening of joy and laughter.
Mini Studio Expertise
At the entrance of Blue Room Sports Venue, we set up a mini studio where the birthday boy himself greeted guests and posed for portraits with each arrival. This setup included a backdrop, lights, camera, and a printing station. The goal was to offer a quick yet relaxed family portrait session, ensuring everyone felt included in the festivities. Using a long zoom lens, we were able to capture these moments discreetly, respecting guests' privacy while preserving the essence of the occasion.
Every session concluded with a complimentary 6x8 print mounted for guests to take home as a cherished memory of the event. The immediate access to physical copies of their photographs was well-received, adding an extra layer of excitement to the celebrations.
Throughout the evening, guests took advantage of the mini studio to capture formal portraits with the birthday boy, creating lasting memories that they could treasure for years to come.
